On September 6 I’ll be in Moorehead ,MN at the Roots on the Red festival. It should be a great time, come on out if you’re able.
We’ve got some new shirts in the merch section, with a design that I drew.
I’ve been continuing work on my new album. It’s been a slow road but I love it so far. I was hoping to have it finished for the fall but it looks like it’ll be a spring release instead. I’ve got a couple of surprises for autumn that will be revealed soon….
The garden is producing and we’ve been canning and pickling. The harvest has been above my expectations and the extra hours spent outside are always a good thing. I hope summer is treating everyone well.
We had a great time at Farmageddon Festival in Wisconsin. Thanks to those folks for having us. Also I want to thank the people at the Czech and Slovak museum in Cedar Rapids, for facilitating the show there.
The Mississippi got out of her banks again, “getting big for it’s britches” as my Grandpa would say. It’s starting to recede, I think, slowly back to normal.
There’s some nice driftwood down by the boat docks, left there by the water.
